What is Roamly?+
Roamly is an eSIM app that lets you stay connected in 190+ countries without swapping physical SIM cards. Buy a data plan, scan a QR code, and you're online in minutes.
Does my phone support eSIM?+
Most iPhones from XS (2018) and newer support eSIM, along with recent iPads. To check, go to Settings → General → About and look for an EID number, or Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM.
How do I install my Roamly eSIM?+
After purchasing a plan in the app, tap 'Install eSIM' and follow the prompts. You can also scan the QR code we email you from another device. Make sure you're on Wi-Fi during installation.
When should I install my eSIM?+
We recommend installing the eSIM before you travel, while connected to Wi-Fi. The plan only starts counting once you arrive and connect to a local network.
My eSIM isn't connecting. What should I do?+
Make sure data roaming is enabled for your Roamly line (Settings → Cellular → Roamly → Data Roaming). Toggle Airplane Mode on and off, or restart your device. If it still doesn't work, contact us.
Can I get a refund?+
If your eSIM has not been installed or used, you're eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Contact support with your order number.
Will I keep my regular phone number?+
Yes. Your Roamly eSIM runs alongside your primary SIM, so you can still receive calls and texts on your usual number while using Roamly for data.
How do I top up or buy a new plan?+
Open the Roamly app, go to 'My eSIMs', and tap 'Top Up' next to your active plan, or browse new destinations under 'Shop'.
